Whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced hire, we empower you to acquire and maintain professional qualifications, enhancing your credibility and competence in finance while keeping you competitive in the changing industry. ## What the Role Entails ### Backend Development - Participate in backend development for global Finance IT systems, including feature design, coding, API development, and system integration. - Contribute to API, database, and system module design while continuously improving system performance and stability. - Support system testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and technical documentation. ### AI Application Implementation - Participate in the development and implementation of AI applications in real-world Finance IT scenarios, including intelligent question answering, document and invoice processing, intelligent review, and data analytics. - Help integrate large language model (LLM) capabilities with existing business systems, APIs, knowledge bases, and data sources. - Support AI application proof-of-concept projects, development, and evaluation, including accuracy, performance, and stability testing. - Leverage AI coding tools to improve development, testing, and troubleshooting efficiency. ### Testing and Deployment Support - Participate in functional, system integration, and regression testing. - Support technical issue resolution during deployment and continuously optimize existing features. - Collaborate with Business Analysts, business users, and other technical teams to deliver solutions. ## Who We Look For - Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related computing discipline. Postgraduate and advanced undergraduate students are encouraged to apply. - Solid Java programming fundamentals and familiarity with Spring or Spring Boot. - Familiarity with MySQL, including basic database design and SQL skills. - Basic understanding of RESTful APIs, Git, and software development processes. - Strong interest in AI, LLMs, and their practical applications. - Strong logical thinking, learning ability, and teamwork skills. - Good English reading, writing, and communication skills to communicate with regional stakeholders.
