As an Associate Banker, you will represent the Chase brand and culture with hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and financial technology alongside friendly, attentive service. You will contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and helping clients achieve their financial goals. ## Responsibilities - Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch, providing attentive and friendly service, using a tablet to manage lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings. - Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts while complying with all policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and banking requirements. - Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions, including technology-enabled self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. - Build meaningful relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
