## Role details

## What this job involves

  
- Provide high-standard customer service to visitors and tenants in a cultural and creative mall
  
- Greet customers at the start of the day
  
- Handle customer enquiries, requests, and phone calls at the Information Counter and via the CS email account
  
- Settle complaints and manage sudden incidents
  
- Support in-mall activities, including exhibition events
  
- Perform store inspections on all floors and record information in the daily patrol form
  
- Issue signage/directory, notices, and work orders
  
- Handle redemption

## Desired experience and technical skills required

  
- Diploma or above in hospitality management, facilities management, or related disciplines
  
- 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in frontline customer interaction, mall, or hotel concierge experience
  
- Pleasant, polite, customer-oriented attitude with good communication skills and manners
  
- Fresh graduates with some part-time experience in customer service are welcomed
  
- Good command of spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
