## Role details

## Job Responsibilities

  
- Assess and negotiate settlement of General Insurance claims within the approved delegated authority limit.
  
- Ensure prompt, fair, and reasonable claims settlement.
  
- Liaise with external service providers such as surveyors, loss adjusters, or assistance companies when necessary.
  
- Be vigilant and escalate suspicious cases for further investigation.
  
- Assist the supervisor in preparing and analyzing exception reports and daily productivity reports.

## Qualifications

  
- Degree or diploma holder in any field.
  
- Insurance certifications (BCP, PGI, ComGI) preferred.
  
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in the motor industry in a similar capacity preferred.
  
- Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  
- Service-oriented with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
