This role is part-time (15 hours per week). ## Responsibilities - Assist Financial Advisor(s) with service and operational activities, including providing service to clients via telephone, direct interaction, and/or written correspondence. - Facilitate Financial Advisor and client requests for account-related information and/or quotes. - Schedule and prepare for appointments with new or prospective clients. - Establish and service client accounts; prepare forms; research account inquiries and/or issues; and enter security order tickets after approval by the Financial Advisor(s). - Perform administrative functions for Financial Advisor(s) and Branch Management, including tracking referrals, assisting with marketing-related activities, and establishing and maintaining files to meet the firm’s regulatory requirements. - Establish and maintain filing and record keeping to support servicing and growing client relationships. - Act as the liaison for referral sources by reviewing paperwork for completeness and forwarding to management for review when applicable. ## Required Qualifications - 1+ year of Brokerage and Client Services support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. ## Desired Qualifications - Brokerage client support experience or financial services industry experience. - Administrative support experience in financial services. - Experience interacting directly with customers. - Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). - Client service focus, including the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions. - Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work in a dynamic and complex environment. - Marketing experience. - Investment planning and support experience. ## Job Expectations - Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing. If hired, you are expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements. - This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire and meet ongoing regulatory obligations, including periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents. - This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. Employees are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), including following Wells Fargo policies and procedures, fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. ## Posting Location 280 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10017 ## Pay Range $27.88 - $39.90 (base pay range). Pay may vary based on performance, skills, experience, and work location.
