## Job Summary

Advise, manage, and underwrite initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on offerings, equity-linked offerings, at-the-market offerings, private placements, and share repurchases. The team is organized in a pod structure by sector vertical; managing directors/directors lead each pod and are supported by vice presidents, associates, and analysts. The business has a revenue expectation of $75 to $100 million annually.

## Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  
- Work closely with senior CIB professionals.
  
- Perform assigned duties with some independence, including due diligence, document processing, financial analysis, investor analysis, statistical analysis, research, and presentation development.
  
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to interns.

## Required Qualifications

  
- BA/BS degree
  
- Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
  
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
  
- Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  
- Strong written and oral communication skills
  
- Some related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program

- Graduation from an undergraduate program
