## 2027 APAC Long Internship (Jan – June) – Human Resources, APAC Learning & Development

BNP Paribas is a leading international financial institution with a long-standing presence in Asia Pacific. The internship offers an exciting opportunity to build high-value relationships with clients in a fast-paced and diverse international environment.

**Start date:** January 2027

**Duration:** 6 months

**Location:** Singapore

**Eligibility:** Undergraduate students in any disciplines from a recognized university

## What You Can Expect

  
- **Induction:** Comprehensive induction, including group training and an introduction to the BNP Paribas Group.
  
- **Training:** From day one, business-specific technical and financial training, alongside personal skills development. You will receive on-the-job training throughout the 6-month programme with support from industry specialists.

## Responsibilities

The intern will provide support in:

  
- HR strategy projects
  
- APAC upskilling plan
  
- Regional and country-specific training initiatives
  
- KPI reporting for APAC Learning & Development (L&D) and training across the region
  
- Measurement tools to evaluate the impact of training
  
- Designing PowerPoint proposals for APAC L&D initiatives
  
- Training programme management and logistics
  
- Other ad-hoc projects and duties

## Qualifications

  
- Academic background in any discipline; Human Resources (major or degree) is preferred
  
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  
- Prior related internship within the banking industry is an advantage
