You will gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments, participate in projects that directly affect the business, engage with senior leaders in conversational settings, and network with employees and interns across our offices. Interns may have the opportunity to be considered for Guardian's Finance Leadership Development Program upon successful completion of the internship. We are seeking candidates who are curious, adaptable, and excited to gain exposure to different areas of the Finance and Risk organization. ## Internship Dates The internship program will run from **Thursday, May 27, 2027 – Friday, August 6, 2027**. ## Application Information Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. H-1B and green card sponsorship are not available for this position. - You must be available for the full program dates of the internship. ## Salary Range **$20.00 – $35.00** The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
