As part of our commitment to developing future talent, we offer internship positions for students to gain hands-on experience across the deal lifecycle. The position is designed to provide exposure to real-world Deals projects, complemented by guided learning and mentorship from our industry experts. You can learn more about the Deals practice and its services across the deal lifecycle here. ## Deals Practice Overview The Deals practice provides advice and assistance based on our financial, analytical, industry knowledge, and business process skills to companies, private equity funds, and intermediaries to create new value by: - Creating, acquiring, selling, and financing businesses - Valuation and modelling - Deal strategy and operations services - Integrating new or acquired businesses into current operations - Restructuring and realizing value in businesses - Supporting businesses in distressed situations and special transactions ## Internship Opportunities As an intern, you will be allocated to one of the core Deals areas to gain exposure to the M&A lifecycle and the Deals business. If you succeed in the internship, you may have the opportunity to apply for the PwC Deals Graduate Programme for Asia Pacific, a two-year graduate programme featuring a blend of international development opportunities, rotations in different Deals business units, and online regular professional and technical learning. You can learn more about the programme here. ## General Requirements We are looking for motivated students who are curious about a career in Deals and meet the following requirements: - Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Valuations, Business, Maths, Computer Science, or a related field - Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt in a dynamic environment - Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and eagerness to develop additional digital skills - _For Chinese Mainland:_ Advanced English communication skills and fluent in Mandarin (Cantonese as relevant for Guangdong) - _For Hong Kong SAR:_ Fluent English communication skills with advanced Cantonese or Mandarin skills advantageous If you wish to apply for this position, click the button “Apply” and submit your application.
