Our client base includes multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises, and private companies in different industries. You will be challenged to sharpen your analytical and critical thinking skills to contribute to strategic initiatives for clients, and strengthen your communication and presentation abilities through engagement with experienced professionals. Even as an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on complex business problems and make a meaningful impact. Your day-to-day experience may include: - Participate in meetings and discussions with client teams to understand and assess the current state of their business and operating models. - Research, consolidate, and scope information to analyse the client’s company and its industry or sector, contributing to proactive solutions that enhance business and operational efficiencies. - Support regional and local strategic planning efforts by analysing industry and asset class landscapes, competitors, regulatory environments, wallet analysis, and more to optimise business growth and market-entry strategies. - Contribute to data-driven insights and recommendations on business cases related to finance and operations transformation, digitalisation and optimisation of end-to-end operating models, people strategy, and business processes using the latest technologies. - Support clients in strategically planning their implementation roadmap with action plans, key milestones, and required resources. - Support clients in managing transformation projects by planning timelines, tracking status, creating dashboards, while contributing both technical capabilities and project management activities. - Assist in the design and implementation of interviews and workshops for clients to facilitate and drive efficient outcomes. - Assist in the delivery of implementation projects in finance and operations transformation, such as supporting the design of target operating models for core finance and operations functions. - Assist consultants in responding to regulatory challenges by supporting enhancements to internal governance and control policies, helping conduct gap analyses, and contributing to remediation planning and regulatory technology assessments. - Assist clients in developing initiatives and programmes to support wider policy objectives, helping to assess the impacts of government regulations, and contributing to public service innovation through co-creation processes. ### Your Growth Through hands-on experience at PwC Consulting, you will develop core consulting skills and gain relevant work experience to help launch your career in the industry. If you perform well, you may be offered a place in our Graduate Programme upon completing your university studies. ## Requirements We are looking for penultimate year students from all disciplines, with a preference for Business Administration, Information Systems, Mathematics, Econometrics, Statistics, Finance, Human Resources, and Accounting. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a combination of the following: - Knowledge in data analytics (e.g., VBA, Python, Alteryx), data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau and Power BI), and automation and workflow tools (e.g., OutSystems and Blue Prism) is a plus. - Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities. - Business acumen, knowledge of analytics, and quantitative techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent team player who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative, and diverse work environment. - Self-motivation and direction, influencing skills, and leadership potential. - Proficiency in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Access. - Fluency in English is required.
