As a People Partner Intern, you’ll work on meaningful projects that support the People team’s strategy—bringing insights, operations, and collaboration together to create a thriving workplace. **This role is based in our New York office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.** ## What you’ll do - Support key PeopleX initiatives, including business support and program delivery - Analyze employee feedback, operational data, and program outcomes to surface trends and opportunities - Partner with COEs across PX and the business to solve challenging people-related problems - Help deliver meaningful internal programs to contribute to a strong, inclusive employee experience ## What you bring - Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program, ideally in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field; prior HR experience (internship, co-op, or similar) preferred - Curiosity and energy for a fast-paced environment centered on learning and contributing - Strong organization and attention to detail, with a knack for project coordination - Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating across teams - Familiarity with Workday and Google Suite is a plus ## What we offer - Market-competitive compensation structure - Quarterly lifestyle wallet for personal wellness, learning and development, and more - Access to top AI tools and continuous AI skill-building for every employee - Time away including company holidays, paid time off, and sick time - Lively office environment with catered meals, fully stocked kitchens, and geo-specific commuter benefits ## Compensation The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of three compensation zones.
