This 10-week summer programme offers a real job with real responsibility and a taste of life working at Zurich, with plenty of support throughout. Successful completion of your internship in 2026 may lead to an opportunity to join one of Zurich’s graduate programmes starting in 2027. ## What You Can Look Forward To Your 10-week Summer Business Management Intern programme will provide you with a role with real responsibility and help you build a strong understanding of the business—what it does and how it delivers for customers. You will work within a dynamic organisation, using your existing skills and developing new ones in a fast-paced environment. You will also build connections and a network of support. You may support business areas such as Claims, Underwriting, Zurich Municipal, Operations, and the Customer Office. In addition to your day-to-day role, you will take part in a development programme designed to provide key skills and knowledge to support your role and enhance your career. ## Responsibilities / What’s Expected - Develop an understanding of Zurich’s business - Demonstrate strong team working and communication skills - Use strong organisational and influencing skills - Adopt a continuous improvement mindset and seize initiative - Embrace new opportunities and be willing to step outside your comfort zone to deliver for customers and colleagues While Zurich operates a hybrid working policy, office attendance expectations will be agreed with your manager.
