## Role details

## Job Accountabilities

  
- Support the APAC Operational Excellence Team to deliver simplification and automation projects.
  
- Gather requirements from users and support functional design.
  
- Assist in developing solutions using Microsoft Power tools.
  
- Participate in “As-Is” and “To-Be” business process requirements and optimization sessions with users.
  
- Support business process mapping and documentation.

## Job Qualifications

  
- Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering is preferable.
  
- Experience with Microsoft product offerings, such as PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint Content Management, etc.
  
- Strong interest in business analysis for both IT and non-IT projects, Operational Excellence, and Process Reengineering.
  
- Basic knowledge of process mapping tools is an advantage (e.g., Visio, Mural).
  
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  
- Good communication and presentation skills in written and spoken English.
  
- Able to work a minimum of 2 days per week.
