## Summer Analyst Program (10 Weeks)

Raine’s European team is seeking candidates for its 10-week Summer Analysts program in London. Following a rigorous training program, Summer Analysts will immediately begin learning on the job as fully integrated members of deal teams, executing advisory and principal investing opportunities both domestically and internationally.

**Program Details:** 10-week program in London. The anticipated full-time start date for successful candidates is **August 2027**.

## Primary Responsibilities

  
- Conduct business, financial, accounting, and industry diligence
  
- Build financial models and perform valuations
  
- Support transaction structuring
  
- Assist with project management

## Qualifications

  
- Final-year students graduating in 2027
  
- Desire to work within an integrated advisory and investing platform
  
- Enthusiasm for the media, entertainment, sports, and technology sectors
  
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  
- Ability to think critically about business issues
  
- Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
- Fluency in English (mandatory); additional language is a plus
  
- Global mindset
  
- Prior experience in Investment Banking or Growth/Private Equity (plus)
