Help people grow their assets, business, and investments—taking your learning as far as you can, and enjoying a vibrant, future-ready career. **Your Opportunity Starts Here.** ## Job Responsibilities - Process, sort, scan, and distribute incoming and outgoing postal mail in a timely and accurate manner. - Coordinate and manage courier and delivery services, including DHL, SF Express, and other local courier providers. - Monitor and maintain inventory levels of operational supplies and ensure accurate inventory records. - Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and service performance records. - Track and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure service standards are consistently met. - Investigate and resolve operational issues promptly within established turnaround times. - Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, and service providers. ## Job Requirements - At least 2 years relevant experience. - High diploma or above. - Detail-oriented, organized, quality-focused, and results-driven. - Customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written. - Excellent technical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Able to work independently, self-directed, and highly motivated. - Desire to work in a fast-paced, professional, team-focused environment. ## What We Offer Competitive base salary.
