## Role details

## HR Communications Support

  
- Assist in preparing, formatting, and distributing HR communications, including announcements, newsletters, employee updates, presentations, and communication materials.
  
- Maintain and update HR content on internal communication platforms such as the intranet, employee portal, and collaboration tools.
  
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of HR communication materials.
  
- Track employee engagement metrics and communication effectiveness where applicable.
  
- Support the organization of town halls, employee events, and HR campaigns.

## HR Project Management Support

  
- Provide administrative and coordination support for HR projects and initiatives.
  
- Maintain project plans, action trackers, timelines, and documentation.
  
- Monitor project milestones and follow up with stakeholders on outstanding actions.
  
- Support the preparation of project updates, presentations, meeting materials, and progress reports.

## Transversal Activities Coordination

  
- Assist in coordinating cross-functional HR initiatives involving multiple HR teams and business stakeholders.
