## Role details

## Responsibilities

  
- Identify market requirements and support business growth.
  
- Manage channels in detail and oversee dealers’ targets.
  
- Monitor and build market share.
  
- Lead dealers to achieve key performance measures and address inquiries related to products, promotions, and after-sales services.
  
- Maximize brand presence and awareness in the market.
  
- Manage channel development and relationship management.

## Job Requirements

  
- At least 1 year of working experience in the IT network or CCTV field.
  
- Experience managing distribution channel relationships in sales.
  
- Strong relationship management skills.
  
- Resourceful with excellent communication skills.
