Blackstone LaunchPad’s 10-week Summer Analyst Program offers experiential learning opportunities to improve career readiness skills. Specific team placement will be based on business need and availability at the time of placement. ## Qualifications The Blackstone LaunchPad program seeks individuals who work well in a team-driven environment, are highly motivated, intelligent, and demonstrate sound judgment and excellence in prior endeavors. ### Eligibility Criteria for the 2027 LaunchPad Program - Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student - Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2028 – Spring 2029 - Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA - Resume must be in PDF format The 2027 LaunchPad Summer Analyst Program is an experiential program designed to provide valuable knowledge and does not include an opportunity for an offer of employment at the conclusion of the program. Blackstone cannot guarantee an offer of employment following completion of one of its programs. Partnering with many of the world’s largest private banks and wealth management firms as well as family offices, the Private Wealth team packages and delivers the full breadth of Blackstone’s alternative product capability to these firms and their clients, provides ongoing product and advisor support, and offers education and training around alternatives. ### Blackstone Technology & Innovations (BXTi) Blackstone Technology & Innovations (BXTi) is the technology team at the core of each of Blackstone’s businesses and new growth initiatives. Serving both internal and external clients, the team builds the next generation of systems that manage risk, create efficiency, and improve transparency within the firm and across its broad community of investors and portfolio companies.
