The practice is a world-leading advisor to the private equity industry and institutional investors, and a high-growth area for the firm. You will work with significant global and local private investors and their portfolio companies. You will work in teams of typically 3–5 consultants to support private investor clients and their portfolio companies throughout the deal lifecycle, including diligence, value creation (including strategy, digital business building, commercial excellence, and more), and exit support. You will assess and identify market attractiveness, provide targeted information and specialized financial analysis on potential acquisitions, and prepare and deliver high-impact verbal and written communications of your synthesized findings. You will work directly with portfolio companies on their value creation agenda across a range of topics, and you will be a subject matter expert on areas related to our service to investors. You will also collaborate with the wider firm network, including industry and functional experts, data scientists, researchers, and software and app designers. You will be recognized as a valuable resource of experience, information, and expertise both within the firm and for clients.
