You will lead the acquisition, management, and retention of meaningful client relationships, using your financial knowledge to recommend thoughtful solutions that address clients’ needs and support the success of the branch. ## Job Responsibilities - Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive, friendly service and creating a welcoming environment. - Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them in person and over the phone to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations. - Use clear, polite, consultative communication to ask questions, listen, build trust, and anticipate client needs. - Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to support their banking needs. - Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to a team of experts for specialized financial needs. - Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements. ## Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills - 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or a related industry, with proven success establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results. - Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate the client experience. - Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor product and service features and benefits to clients with differing needs. - Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail to provide a consistent client experience. - Ability to operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training. - High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent. - The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. Unlicensed applicants must obtain required licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, with study materials and support provided. - Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings. ## Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills - College degree or military equivalent. - Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. ## Dodd-Frank / Truth in Lending Act and SAFE Act Requirements This position is subject to Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators.
