As the world’s largest advisory-focused firm, we offer deep expertise across industry sectors and geographies, valuing the diversity that comes from blending local perspective with our global network. ## Financial Institutions Group — Analyst In Lazard’s Financial Institutions Group, Analysts work in a generalist capacity spanning the following verticals: Insurance, Asset Management, Alternative Asset Management, Banks, Broker-Dealers, Specialty Finance, Financial Technology and Exchanges, among other areas. ## We’ll trust you to: - Analyze client financial and performance information - Run financial models and conduct analysis - Perform company and industry research - Assist in the preparation of client presentations and marketing materials - Interact with senior bankers and clients ## You’ll need to have: - One year of investment banking experience, preferably covering FIG (Insurance, Banking, Asset Management and/or FinTech) - Strong analytical skills, including training in building presentation materials and financial models - Proven academic excellence with excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy - A team player mindset with the ability to work as part of a close-knit team - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with deal teams and external clients - Strong ability to multi-task - High level of responsiveness, a strong work ethic, and commitment to maintaining a high-quality work product - Fluency in the use of AI tools and prompt engineering ## What we offer We strive to enhance the total health and well-being of our employees through comprehensive, competitive benefits. We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately $120,000 - $125,000 USD. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and relevant skills for the role.
