## Overview

Join a Discovery Program designed for PhD students and postdocs curious about careers in quantitative finance. The program provides an introduction to life as a quant through lectures and interactive sessions. You will also have opportunities to network with junior researchers and discuss the intellectual and collaborative culture of our work with senior leaders.

## What We’re Looking For

  
- Postdocs or PhDs in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or Economics.
  
- Applicants must be graduating between 2028 or 2029 from a Chinese, Singapore, or Hong Kong based university.
