This 10-week internship provides hands-on experience in investment banking within a collaborative, team-based environment. Summer Associates are placed into industry-focused pods, each comprised of related sectors, offering both broad exposure and deeper experience across industries and teams. ### Industry Pods - Technology, Media & Communications (TMT) - Healthcare & Consumer - Financial Services (FIG Banks, FIG Wealth, Insurance, Alternative Asset Management) - Industrials, Transportation, Energy Transition, Metals and Mining This structure enables Associates to work across multiple industries while developing specialized expertise, building strong professional relationships across teams, and gaining exposure to senior bankers.
