You will gain a professional qualification without a student loan and receive years of work experience. You will build an understanding of the risks involved in banking, use data and judgement to support decisions, and help protect the future of Barclays. ## Eligibility Requirements **Qualifications:** A minimum of 104 points at A2 (grades BCC) or an equivalent (e.g., BTEC DMM), plus GCSE Mathematics and English Language (grade A*-C / 9-4) or equivalent. **Personal commitment:** You must be committed and enthusiastic, turning up every day ready to work hard and think differently about what you’re capable of. **Government apprentice funding requirements:** You must meet the Government’s apprentice funding requirements that apply to you (as outlined in _https://www.gov.uk/_ for apprentices in England and _https://www.saas.gov.uk/_ for apprentices in Scotland). You must meet the Government apprentice funding requirements, including a 3-year residence requirement (subject to certain exceptions). You must also have the legal right to work for the full duration of the programme at the point of enrolment, with no gaps in your legal right to work or dependency on future visa applications during the period of the apprenticeship (August 2027 to August 2031).
