Starting with a week of technical training, you’ll gain a deep understanding of our products and markets. Then, armed with this knowledge, you will have the opportunity to join our Structured Trading Group Team: - Gain exposure to structured derivatives trading, market making, and risk management across interest rates, FX, and cross-asset products. - Support the pricing of derivatives and analysis of market trends and trading opportunities. - Assist with portfolio risk analysis and trade lifecycle management. - Contribute to the development of trading tools and desk analytics. - Research trade ideas and prepare materials for internal and client discussions. As part of a select intake, you will have the opportunity to learn from some of the best professionals in the industry and will be allocated a buddy to ensure you have all the support you need to make the most of your Analyst experience.
