At the conclusion of your internship, you may be considered for full-time employment, to commence upon successful completion of your degree program. ## Who will you work for? Tradeweb’s Corporate functions work across the organization to support the people, operations, governance, and strategy behind our global business. While our Sales, Product, and Technology teams are focused on building and delivering our electronic trading platforms and solutions, our Corporate teams help ensure the broader organization operates effectively and continues to grow. As a Corporate Intern, you’ll be placed within a specific function, such as Audit, Compliance, Risk, Cyber, or Marketing & Communications. You’ll gain hands-on experience within that team while also learning how your work connects to Tradeweb’s broader business. ## What do you need to succeed? - Currently pursuing an undergraduate or Master’s degree in any industry - Basic knowledge of and interest in financial markets and technology - Ability to analyze a problem, take a view, and present a plan of action - Ability to manage multiple projects at once - Motivated by teamwork - Curiosity to further your knowledge and understanding of electronic trading and market structure ## About Tradeweb Markets Tradeweb is a global leader in electronic trading across asset classes. The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $22.00–$25.00 hourly based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
