You’ll work with technologists and business experts to gain practical, hands-on experience that you can actually use. Our program combines traditional classroom settings with project-based work, allowing you to get involved with the products and services the firm is working on. You’ll receive guidance from people at all levels of the organization to help you build a lasting professional network, and you’ll also have opportunities to connect with the intern class through interactive outings and projects. You will join the Artificial Intelligence team and report to one of our AI Researchers. The AI team is responsible for pricing, liquidity, and dealer selection research, building tools for our core trading system, controlling business logic, and ensuring the best user experience possible. ## Internship Requirements - In your final or penultimate year of an undergraduate or Master’s degree in any industry - Basic knowledge of and interest in financial markets and technology - Ability to analyze a problem, take a view, and present a plan of action - Ability to manage multiple projects at once - A team player - Curiosity to further your knowledge and understanding of electronic trading & market structure - Ability to work 9 weeks on-site in Tradeweb offices from 28th June 2026 to 27th August 2026 At the conclusion of your internship, you may be considered for full-time employment, to commence upon successful completion of your degree program. ## Process and Timeline Applicants can expect the following process: - October – Application review and shortlisting - November – First-stage phone interviews with the recruitment team - December – Second-stage interviews with Team Leads - January – Final stage interviews with Business Heads and offers confirmed Please note that timelines are indicative and may be subject to change.
