## Main Task

  
- Operate equipment.
  
- Carry materials to load and unload for machines processing.
  
- Operate multiple machines.
  
- Use computer-based programs and applications to perform daily duties.
  
- Provide machine coverage during breaks.
  
- Log machines accurately.
  
- Monitor and be aware of equipment performance discrepancies, and communicate them promptly to your Lead.
  
- Support a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within your scope of work.

## Ensure Quality of Process and Product

  
- Run equipment according to current process specifications (e.g., procedures, change notifications, etc.).
  
- Organize your own workstation and ensure 6S.
  
- Suggest improvements to enhance quality and safety.

## Complete Certification and Recertification

  
- Actively participate in assigned on-the-job and other required training; ask questions to increase knowledge and abilities.
  
- Complete certification requirements by demonstrating understanding and abilities.

## Communication

  
- Receive and understand pass-downs, providing clear, accurate, and detailed pass-downs.
  
- Seek and provide feedback to leadership, coworkers, and support groups to make positive changes in performance.
  
- Offer suggestions for improvements when appropriate.
  
- Always seek clarification when in doubt.

## Contribute to a Safe and Compliant Work Environment

  
- Identify and promptly report hazards.
  
- Follow safety protocols.
  
- Use accurate lifting techniques and work in an ergonomically manner.

## Requirements

  
- Qualification: Preferably GCE N/O level or SPM equivalent with a Pass in English Language.
  
- Ability to understand, read, and speak basic conversational English.
  
- Able to work 12-hour shifts with biweekly rotation of day and night shifts.
