In this role, you will support financial planning, forecasting, and analytical functions, providing insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organisation. You will work closely with finance and operational teams to deliver high-quality financial analysis and reporting that enables leadership to understand business performance and plan for future growth. ## Responsibilities - Review financial data against existing quantitative analyses to verify the accuracy of data used to inform financial decisions. - Evaluate basic financial plans by identifying financial outcomes and potential returns to support effective and efficient use of data. - Collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends to support team leaders in preparing financial planning information for the department. - Monitor financial data to ensure sound fiscal management. - Update the financial database by identifying sources of information, ensuring data is entered accurately, verified, and secured. ## Qualifications - 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or auditing-related field, or open to recent graduates. - Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build complex financial models and create dynamic dashboards. - Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. - Strong attention to detail with excellent numeracy and analytical abilities. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. - A relevant professional qualification (such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) or equivalent experience in financial analysis is highly preferred. ## About the Company Marsh is a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries.
