## Investment Analyst Intern

At Fidelio Capital, we combine the professional, active ownership model of traditional private equity with the entrepreneurial spirit, flexibility, and long-term perspective of family-owned investment companies.

## Internship Programme

We are looking for Investment Analysts to join our team in Stockholm or London on a full-time basis (4–6 months) during Spring or Autumn 2027. As an Investment Analyst, you will be an essential part of our deal team and experience the day-to-day responsibilities of an investment professional, including:

  
- Evaluating and analyzing new investment opportunities
  
- Participating in meetings with portfolio companies, advisers, and entrepreneurs
  
- Supporting the deal team on transaction execution
  
- Financial modelling, commercial analysis, and market research

As Fidelio emphasizes active ownership, part of your work will be in close cooperation with the management teams of our portfolio companies. We offer competitive compensation, and for high-performing candidates, full-time opportunities may be available.

## Qualifications

  
- MSc degree (or equivalent), completed or expected to be completed within the next 12 months, from a recognized university or business school
  
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel
  
- Previous experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or other relevant investment organizations is a plus
  
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Swedish

## Candidate Profile

We believe the ideal candidate has recently graduated or is scheduled to graduate within 12 months, has a genuine interest in business and investments, is energetic and motivated, and thrives as part of a team. As you will be trusted with significant responsibility, we also expect you to take initiative and work independently.
