## Role details

## Finance Controllership Intern

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Finance Controllership team. This role will be based in Shanghai.

## What You Will Do

  
- Prepare invoice lists; print and scan invoices; register and deduct VAT special invoices.
  
- Assist in checking reimbursement supporting documents; file and organize reimbursement lists; arrange and bind accounting vouchers.
  
- Record and reconcile the bank work journal ledger.
  
- Organize the input tax deduction list.
  
- Scan documents for filing.
  
- Enter issues and tasks for completion by the team; follow up with responsible individuals; escalate issues when appropriate.

## What You Need to Have

  
- Accounting, finance, or related major.
  
- Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  
- Detail-oriented and committed to the internship.
