Throughout the program, you will build on your academic foundation and apply your learning to real-world scenarios. We are a global team focused on disciplined capital allocation and long-term value creation for all stakeholders, and we care deeply about our impact on communities and the wider world. ## Your Impact & Opportunity - Provide support to other pricing actuaries on individual account submissions and opportunities. - Collaborate on actuarial pricing analyses on individual insurance and reinsurance transactions in support of our underwriting operations. - Partner with team leaders, analysts, and peers on data manipulation and analytics to support various lines of business. - Collaborate on projects involving research on industry data sources. - Grow and develop while participating in a variety of leader-led, professional and personal development workshops, networking events, and the like. - Start strong—your internship experience prepares you for a smooth transition into our Rotational Development Program. ## What You Bring: Experience & Qualifications - You are a junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college/university, preferably majoring in Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, Math, Statistics, or another quantitative field. - While not required, having at least 1 passed actuarial exam is a plus. - Strong critical thinking, pattern recognition/detection, and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of, or aptitude to learn VBA, R, and SQL. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP). - Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and priorities. **Work Authorization:** Everest does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Successful candidates must possess the requisite permanent US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration. ## Compensation & Benefits The salary for this position is **$900 - $1,000 per week**. The offered rate of compensation is based on individual education, experience, qualifications, and work location.
