The O&G Group is a global team with dedicated industry bankers in Houston, Dallas, New York, London, Dubai, and Hong Kong, and regularly works on cross-border deals. It is a cross-product industry vertical. ## Scope The Oil & Gas team at Houlihan Lokey is looking to add a Financial Analyst in London. Analysts work on transactions that provide exposure to various investment banking services, including M&A, private placements of debt and equity, refinancings, and leveraged buyouts. ## Responsibilities - Prepare, analyze, and help explain historical and projected financial information - Create financial models - Coordinate and perform business due diligence - Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other presentations - Conduct research on sectors, companies, and potential buyers - Value companies and businesses - Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors - Supervise and train junior staff members - Assist in planning of engagements ## Requirements / Qualifications The ideal candidate thinks strategically, is motivated, detail-oriented, creative, outgoing, and possesses excellent quantitative skills.
