Structured Products is a core focus area at Guggenheim, and the firm is a market leader in providing clients with a broad range of financing solutions using securitization technology applied to a variety of traditional and non-traditional asset classes, including franchise royalties, IP rights, digital infrastructure, oil & gas assets, PACE assessments, venture debt, tax liens and others. Guggenheim and transactions led have routinely been selected for industry awards, including “Esoteric ABS Bank of the Year” by GlobalCapital (2026, 2025, 2021, and 2018), “Best Securitization Bank of the Year” by GlobalCapital (2020), “Most Innovative Securitization Bank of the Year” by GlobalCapital (2019), “Esoteric ABS Deal of the Year” (Greenworks C-PACE 2021-1) by GlobalCapital (2022), and “Financial Deal of the Year” by S&P Global Platts Global Energy Awards (2022 and 2020). ## Essential Job Functions - Support the deal team in all aspects of securitization transactions across a variety of asset classes. - Help prepare marketing presentations, term sheets, and rating agency materials. - Develop securitization cash flow models and perform portfolio and historical data analysis for various types of assets. - Conduct market research and industry review projects for new asset classes. - Develop and maintain databases and automated tools used by the team to track information such as transaction pricings, investor participation, and related data. ## Preferred Qualifications - Detail-oriented and organized, with initiative, ability to multitask, and experience working as part of a team. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Resourcefulness, intellectual curiosity, and enthusiasm. ## Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree. - One to two years of experience as an analyst in a structured products or related group at a major financial institution, top tier accounting firm, or rating agency. - Experience with cash flow modeling of ABS, CLO, or other types of securitized products. - Strong quantitative skills; Microsoft Excel modeling experience required, familiarity with VBA preferred. ## Work Location - Expected to be in the New York office at least 4 days per week. ## Salary - Annual base salary between $110,000 and $125,000. - The range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary based on factors such as location and experience.
