Teams may include Sales, Trading, Financing, and Quantitative Investment Solutions and Research. The programme is an 8-week rotational internship designed to help you learn, grow, and be yourself. It includes core and optional learning opportunities, networking sessions across the business, and a group project presented during your final week. Successful completion of the Summer Internship may provide a pathway to securing a place on our Graduate Programme, commencing in 2028. ## Role 8-week rotational internship scheme offering face-to-face interactions across sales, trading, or financing to build experience and expertise and help you develop a career in the industry. ## Responsibilities - Provide administrative support within front office, revenue-generating divisions. - Contribute to ad-hoc projects the team is working on to maximise deliverables and meet required timelines. - Shadow colleagues to gain a better understanding of business propositions and operations. - Perform all duties in accordance with the principles outlined in the SGP Code of Conduct, and relevant policies and procedures, to ensure clients are treated fairly and client relationships are focused on long-term sustainability. ## Skills and Experience - Penultimate year student, or undergraduate or postgraduate, graduating in 2028. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ideally, working knowledge of Excel, with an interest in learning coding in Python, VBA, or other technical skills. - Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant IT skills. - Knowledge of regulations applying to the financial services industry, its staff, and its clients. - Knowledge of internal risk management, compliance, AML procedures, and constant vigilance in respect of them. - Reliability and strong attention to detail. - Strong interpersonal skills. ## Qualifications and Availability - Currently in your penultimate year of study. - Availability for 8 weeks from Monday 28th June 2027 to Friday 20th August 2027. - Keen interest in learning and gaining experience in Global Markets. - Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-changing, fast-paced environment; analytical, adaptable, quick learner, and detail-oriented. ## Recruitment Process - Applications open from 7th September to 25th October 2026. - Online assessments. - One-way video interview. - Virtual assessment centre. - Final interview. - Written offers confirmed in early 2027. ## Additional Information The recruitment process includes an inclusive assessment experience.
