The project centres on studying synthetic quartz rings and periodic conditioning techniques to understand their impact on defect performance and process stability. Through structured analysis, guided and AI-assisted learning, the intern will develop foundational knowledge of dry etch process behaviour, tool architecture, and material interactions relevant to semiconductor manufacturing. ## Project Scope The objective is to provide hands-on learning exposure to dry etch process fundamentals while developing analytical thinking, engineering evaluation skills, and an understanding of process qualification methodologies.
