## Game Production Intern (Contract) — Teamfight Tactics

As a **Game Production Intern (Contract)** on _Teamfight Tactics_, you will report to a **Senior Manager, Game Production** and support the day-to-day operations of the _Teamfight Tactics_ production team in Singapore. You will work closely with producers and cross-functional partners to help keep the content production pipeline running smoothly.

This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You will help facilitate team rituals and take on a variety of production tasks that enable the team to deliver high-quality player experiences.

## Responsibilities

  
- Partner with producers on day-to-day coordination to keep workstreams organized and moving forward.
  
- Support team rituals such as creative reviews, monthly meetings, and Show and Tell.
  
- Support bug management processes, including writing bug reports and following up on actions.
  
- Coordinate playtest planning and execution, including scheduling, setup, and follow-ups.
  
- Support planning and execution of team activities and events (e.g., team events, offsites, swag coordination).
  
- Support general production tasks and handle day-to-day coordination needs as they arise.

## Required Qualifications

  
- Currently enrolled in a college, university, or non-degree program.
  
- Available to work full-time for a 9-month to 12-month internship.
  
- Authorized to work in Singapore.
  
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
- Clear communication and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  
- Passion for _Teamfight Tactics_ and game development.

## Desired Qualifications

  
- Experience working in team-based environments (academic, extracurricular, or personal projects).
  
- Interest in game production, operations, or live service development.
