As an intern, you will be challenged with completing projects that enhance your skills and contribute to the department’s goals and objectives. ### Program Components - Impactful assignments that drive business results - Networking sessions and leadership speakers’ series - Volunteer and team building experiences ## Job Description - Partner cooperatively in a team environment to support the evolution of a wide array of programs across Mastercard business. - Liaise with a global customer base to identify opportunities to improve current programs and develop understanding of customer needs. - Support larger team functions related to ensuring customer compliance with Mastercard standards. - Work with analytic insights and tools to facilitate compliance, investigative, and reporting initiatives. - Perform project management duties, including creating and documenting processes, developing timelines, managing compliance cases, and supporting risk mitigation for third parties. - Communicate across key stakeholders to put action plans in place to address vulnerabilities and weaknesses. - Interface with customers, both internal and external, to effectively communicate and educate on program rules, procedures, and best practices. - Perform desktop research to identify regional or global trends and develop key performance metrics and reporting. - Assist with ad hoc requests, participate in special projects as required, and provide cross-functional support as needed. ## All About You - Analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills. - Strategic thinker with the ability to derive and translate data analytics to meet business goals. - Sound written and verbal communication skills. - Project management skills; highly organized with strong attention to detail. - Ability to work independently in developing and mapping out solutions. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; handle multiple tasks; consistently meet established deadlines; and deliver exceptional results. - Expert PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access; programming and coding ability is a plus. - Experience with Tableau, Domo, or other comparable business intelligence tools. - Understanding of risk management disciplines. ## Program Qualifications - Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028. - Able to commit to an internship period from 3 May 2027 to 23 July 2027 (note: designated start/end dates cannot be negotiated). - Must possess relevant full working rights and do not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. ## Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks come with an inherent risk to the organization; therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: - Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices. - Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed. - Report any suspected information security violation or breach. - Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines. **Internship Period:** 3 May 2027 to 23 July 2027 ## Applying to this role This Product Management Intern, Summer 2027 - Singapore role at Mastercard runs through the firm's own careers portal and expects a CV and cover letter written specifically for the posting, not a portable submission carried across firms.
