Barcelona, and Primavera Sound, delivering international, award-winning experiences and supported by leading global investors. ## Role Overview As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that enable people to have unforgettable moments. **Position:** Project Manager ## Who You’ll Work With You will join one of Fever’s offices worldwide and work in teams, directly interacting with partners, providers, and venues. This role supports Fever’s pipeline of original events and requires working across departments, from Marketing to Operations. The team is motivated, young, and international, with multicultural backgrounds and experience from companies such as McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland Garros. Employees are expected to be in the office Monday to Thursday, with the possibility to work from home on Fridays. ## What You’ll Do As a Project Manager, you will work with your team lead to develop, launch, and manage events end-to-end (from A to Z). Together with other departments, you will define how to scale the event across all other markets. You will own the strategic planning, execution, and reporting for key strategic scalable experiences. ## Training and Coaching Focus When you join Fever, you will receive training and coaching on how to: - Provide detailed analysis of business opportunities and inefficiencies, propose changes to operational processes, drive a high standard in customer satisfaction, and ensure high-quality experiences are delivered. - Work with the Fever marketing team to ensure events make an impact, including ticket sales and media coverage. - Manage, report on, and grow revenue from scalable events. - Grow scalable experiences against team targets. - Help scale events to other cities by developing and sharing best practices (with an opportunity for travel). - Foster and grow the Fever Partner Network, including venues and event organizers. - Communicate product and process needs to HQ, working with product/engineering to deliver on them. - Represent Fever at local events and with local PR. ## Preferred Qualifications - 1+ years in a project management role or consulting background.
