## Job Overview

This role is onsite at our New York City office.

## Responsibilities

  
- Provide technical support to resolve customer information technology requests and issues.
  
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-up of customer cases.
  
- Log requests and issues accurately and follow defined procedures to achieve resolution.
  
- Monitor systems and trends to proactively prevent incidents, problems, and errors.
  
- Schedule, track, and facilitate acceptance of changes to production environments.

## Qualifications

  
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the following skills.
  
- Master proficiency in Customer Technical Support.
  
- Expert proficiency in Customer Satisfaction.
  
- High School Diploma/GED.

- Intermediate problem solving.
