## Role details

## Position Overview

Responsible for advising investment-grade corporate and institutional clients on capital structure strategy, acquisition financing, liability management, investor outreach, and market approach. Provide ongoing market insights and assess how changing macro and micro market conditions impact clients. Build and maintain relationships with senior client and prospect personnel. Collaborate with bankers and product partners to provide coordinated, seamless advice to clients.

Business is organized into “pods,” each covering an industry sector or sectors.

## Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  
- Works closely with senior CIB professionals.
  
- Performs assigned duties with some independence, including due diligence, document processing, financial modeling, statistical analysis, research, and presentation development.

## Required Qualifications

  
- BA/BS degree
  
- Licenses: Series 7, 79, 63
  
- Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
  
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
  
- Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  
- Strong written and oral communication skills
  
- 1 year of related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program

- 2 years of related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program

## Compensation

The annual base salary for this position is $105,000.

## Benefits

All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division offering the position. Truist offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, tax-preferred savings accounts, and a 401(k) plan. Teammates also receive no less than 10 days of vacation (prorated based on date of hire and by full-time or part-time status) during their first year of employment, along with 10 sick days (also prorated), and paid holidays.
