## About the Team

We are the front line of technical support for our users—a dynamic team that works closely with product, engineering, and compliance to ensure customers get seamless, secure service around the clock. In a fast-paced environment where digital finance meets real-world impact, our department plays a key role in maintaining trust and stability.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a tech-driven setting, has a solid understanding of financial platforms, and enjoys solving customer problems.

You should be comfortable navigating technical tools, translating complex issues into clear solutions, and staying calm under pressure. If you’re passionate about customer experience and want to grow in the fintech space, we’d love to hear from you.

## Responsibilities

  
- Provide technical and customer support.
  
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues quickly.
  
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams.
  
- Document cases and assist users with new features.
  
- Develop and optimize user communication channels, and maintain and continuously improve the knowledge base.

## Qualifications

  
- Basic knowledge of fintech and digital finance.
  
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  
- Advanced English.

## Will be a Plus

  
- Previous IT support or fintech experience.
