Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded. ## Global Human Resources – Global Performance, Rewards and Benefits (GHR – GPRB) ## Performance, Rewards and Benefits Intern ### Internship Period 11 January 2027 – 30 June 2027 ## Job Description The Intern will support the regional Performance, Rewards and Benefits team in activities including year-end reviews, system testing, data analysis, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to gain practical experience in total rewards. **Responsibilities include:** - Assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of year-end performance and compensation reviews, including gathering data, consolidating information, and supporting data analysis. - Support systems testing for performance, compensation, and benefits-related platforms by working closely with the HR Central Service team and vendors (where required) to ensure a smooth and accurate roll-out. - Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives. - Assist in the creation of presentations, reports, and data analysis. - Curate or review communication materials with end-users in mind. - Collaborate with team members across the region to support ad-hoc requests or activities (as required). - Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time. - Adhere to all company policies and guidelines. ## Job Requirements - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented, meticulous, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and handle confidential information. - Prior experience or coursework related to HR or compensation and benefits is a plus but not required. ## Important Note - Interested applicants are required to submit a CV and Cover Letter. - Please submit your details via the early careers website at Careers (myworkdayjobs.com). - Only shortlisted applicants will be notified. **Internship location and eligibility:** This internship role is based in Singapore and is open to Singaporean and PR students only.
