This is a hands-on role. - Join one of our core teams—Sales, Product Management, Client Management, Business Management, or Chief Control Office—and help solve real client problems. - Learn how we match the right financial products to the right clients, including payment tools, cards, and liquidity solutions. - Help ensure our services meet international compliance requirements and local regulations. - Discover how we use AI, APIs, Cloud, and automation to improve client services. - Contribute to internal work, such as creating dashboards, supporting PowerPoint presentations, and assisting senior team members with key client-facing materials. - Support efforts that help HSBC remain competitive in global payment trends, such as real-time payments and virtual accounts. ## What You’ll Learn - **Structured onboarding:** In week one, you’ll take part in a tailored training programme to build both your technical understanding and professional skills. - **Technical product knowledge:** Develop a working knowledge of core financial solutions, including: - **Liquidity and Investment products:** Tools to optimise balance sheets and forecast cash flow. - **Payments:** Solutions to move money domestically and globally, including real-time and omnichannel tools. - **Cards:** Tools to help clients manage and monitor corporate spending. - **Broader exposure:** Learn from cross-functional teams across HSBC. ## Eligibility Criteria To be eligible, you must: - Be available to work **full time** for **10 weeks** commencing **June 2027**. - Have obtained, or expect to achieve, a minimum GPA of **4.0/5.0** or **3.2/4.0** (or an overseas equivalent, as shown on your official university transcript/degree certificate). - Be **fluent in English**; knowledge of **Mandarin/Cantonese** would be an advantage. - Be expected to graduate between **November 2027** and **July 2028**. - We will consider candidates that require **visa sponsorship** for this role.
