The overall objective of this role is to foster relationships with customers to build loyalty and help increase sales to individual consumer clients. ## Responsibilities - Assist in basic account opening for existing customers - Provide service delivery to internal and external customers to resolve account service issues - Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures - Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate - Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve customer complaints/issues promptly and effectively - Support sales and service activities within the branch by participating in seminars, micromarketing events, promotional campaigns, product initiatives, and similar activities - Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures, to help ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets - Assess risk in business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; adhering to policy; applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices; and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency ## Qualifications - 1–3 years of relevant experience - Previous retail banking or similar experience required - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills ## Education - High school diploma or equivalent ## Job Information - **Job Family Group:** Consumer Sales - **Job Family:** Branch Sales - **Time Type:** Not specified - **Primary Location:** Bronx, New York, United States - **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $50,030.00 – $65,270.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
