## Role details

## What you’ll do

  
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the assigned technical platforms, systems, interdependencies, and operational risks.
  
- Carry out first-line investigation and resolution of platform, system, and application issues.
  
- Perform daily system checks to verify operational integrity.
  
- Respond promptly to system dashboard alarms and Talkback queries.
  
- Investigate and resolve transmission-affecting incidents and faults.
  
- Log, update, and manage incident tickets using Jira.
  
- Complete pre- and post-implementation checks following system changes through the Change Request process.
  
- Collect and analyze system logs to support investigations into service- and system-impacting issues.
  
- Collaborate with second-line Platform Engineering teams, Platform Principals, and subject-matter experts to capture and share technical knowledge.
  
- Take ownership of personal development and proactively build technical and operational capabilities.
