As a campus intern, you’ll join a connected community where your contributions matter, your voice is heard, and your development is supported. ## Functional Description You will join a team that emphasizes collaboration and working cross-functionally. You should be familiar with fundamental research methodologies, tools, and techniques, and you will apply them to answer key business questions. The internship is centered on a business-critical project and will require you to translate research insights and data into a clear story that inspires action. You will also explore empathy for the shopper—their daily lives and various activities that impact them. Locations vary and are determined closer to the internship start date. ## Responsibilities - Collaborate with Strategy, Category Managers, Brand Insights, and Marketing teams to understand key objectives - Address key business issues or strategic opportunities with a shopper focus - Synthesize data and insights across multiple sources - Work with research vendors to create surveys and support field research, and analyze results ## What You Can Expect - Assigned mentor/buddy - Intern networking events, with the opportunity to build lasting relationships - Meaningful internship experience designed to nurture top talent ## Qualifications - Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other business-related majors (other majors may be considered) - Prior knowledge and/or experience with a consumer-packaged goods corporation is preferred - Strong collaborative, analytical, data management, and data mining skills - Exemplary communication and analytical thinking - Leadership skills - Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset - Proven leadership capabilities ## Minimum Qualifications - This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States - Graduate with a degree within one (1) year of internship completion - Graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028 ## Location - Plano, TX - Purchase, NY - Chicago, IL ## Compensation The expected hourly pay range for hires into the 2027 campus intern openings is $21.09–$34.00 per hour. Actual starting salary is determined based on role, degree discipline, degree level, and location.
