Financial Institutions Risk is a second line risk unit that manages the credit risk of the bank’s portfolio across the Banks, Sovereigns, Insurance, Funds, and Diversified Financials client segments. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial modelling, and to partner with various internal stakeholders to drive a key growth pillar for the Bank. ## Key Responsibilities - Assist in the preparation and analysis of credit risk reports. - Support the team in conducting credit assessments and due diligence on new and existing clients. - Help in monitoring and evaluating the creditworthiness of clients and counterparties. - Participate in the development and enhancement of credit risk models and tools. - Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. - Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at improving credit risk management processes. ## Job Requirements - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills. - Keen eye for detail and proficiency in MS Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel). - Attention to detail and a desire to deliver high-quality outputs. - Ability to work under strict timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - “Can-do” attitude and ability to learn new topics quickly. - Strong written and spoken English proficiency. - Ability to collaborate across regions and teams to deliver best-in-class results. - Capable of working independently and within teams to drive success for the organization. ## Learning Opportunities - Gain exposure to credit risk management practices and methodologies. - Develop a deeper understanding of financial analysis and risk assessment. - Enhance skills in data analysis and financial modelling. ## Important Note - Interested applicants will be required to submit a CV and cover letter. - Please submit your details via our early careers website at Careers (myworkdayjobs.com). - Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
