For more information, visit HL.com. ## Scope The Client Services Analyst is a trusted advisor to our bankers, responsible for building strong relationships while providing deep technical and product expertise. This role combines strategic guidance with hands-on technical partnership to ensure users and bankers achieve maximum value from HL OS. You will serve as the primary advocate for your assigned users, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and IT to drive adoption, retention, and growth. ## Responsibilities - **Strategic Account Management:** Develop and maintain long-term relationships with users, understand their business goals, and create and execute success plans that drive value. - **Technical Onboarding & Implementation:** Lead onboarding from initial implementation and configuration to training end-users, ensuring a smooth and successful deployment. - **Product Expertise & Adoption:** Serve as a subject matter expert on the platform’s features, integrations, and best practices. Proactively monitor customer usage to provide guidance that drives deeper product adoption. - **Proactive Engagement & Value Realization:** Conduct regular business reviews, share best practices, and align on future goals. Identify and mitigate risks to customer satisfaction and retention. - **Customer Advocacy & Feedback:** Gather, synthesize, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering to help shape the product roadmap and improve the customer experience. - **Data Operations Support:** Provide day-to-day support for the data operations team to clean and maintain company records. ## Basic Qualifications - 1–3 years of industry experience, with a preference toward customer success roles. - Strong interest in operations, investment banking, accounting, or consulting experience is preferred. ## Preferred Qualifications - Strong financial and computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). - Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff. - Strong analytical capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills. ## Applying to this role This Client Services Analyst role at Houlihan Lokey runs through the firm's own careers portal and expects a CV and cover letter written specifically for the posting, not a portable submission carried across firms.
