As a Tax Intern, you will support teams serving clients across offerings while building technical knowledge through research, collaboration, and technology-enabled work. ## Work You’ll Do - Support client service teams with tax research, analysis, and project delivery - Assist in evaluating the tax impact of business decisions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to address complex tax issues - Support client projects across offerings and develop knowledge of tax considerations - Use tax, data, and technology tools to support project execution and client service delivery ## Required Qualifications - Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by **May 2028**, pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, economics, finance, financial engineering, management information systems, or another business-related field - Strong academic track record: **3.0 cumulative GPA required** - Reside within a commutable distance of the assigned office and be able to commute daily, if required - Ability to co-locate on average **2–3 times per week** (varies by work/projects and client locations) - Ability to attend all in-person core programming sessions - Ability to travel up to **50%** on average, based on work, clients, and industries/sectors served - Limited immigration sponsorship may be available - Candidates must be at least **18 years of age** at the time of employment - Start date: **Summer 2027** ## Preferred Qualifications - Technology-related coursework - **3.2 cumulative GPA preferred** - Experience through an internship, summer position, or school job ## Skills and Competencies - Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product - Ability to build and sustain professional relationships - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor - Ability to meet deadlines ## The Team Deloitte Tax helps clients address business challenges through a broad range of tax services.
